Due to the personalized nature of custom-fitted putters, we cannot accept returns for full refunds. However, we stand behind the performance of our custom putters and offer a 30-day Performance Guarantee. If your custom putters do not meet your expectations, we will work with you to make necessary adjustments at no additional cost.

Performance Guarantee:

If you experience any manufacturing issues with your custom putters within the first 30 days, contact us, and we will make adjustments or replacements to ensure they meet your needs. For returns and exchanges, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or an error was made in the order.
