Custom-Fitted Putters:
Due to the personalized nature of custom-fitted putters, we cannot accept returns for full refunds. However, we stand behind the performance of our custom putters and offer a 30-day Performance Guarantee. If your custom putters do not meet your expectations, we will work with you to make necessary adjustments at no additional cost.
Performance Guarantee:
If you experience any issues with your custom putters within the first 30 days, contact us, and we will make adjustments or replacements to ensure they meet your needs.
Pre-Made Putters & Accessories:
If you purchased pre-made putters, apparel, or accessories from our standard selection, you can return the items within 30 days of the purchase date for a full refund, provided they are in new, unused condition with the original packaging intact.
Eligibility for Return:
Items must be unused, unaltered, and in original packaging with tags or protective coverings.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order details. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 7–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
Exchanges:
